In its 5th season here in Huntsville at the Municiple Ice Complex on Leeman Ferry Road, the Nutcracker on ICE is a unique adaptation of the traditional holiday story complete with Tchaikovsky's famous composition, handmade period costumes, full stage lights, sound, and sets, and new choreography by Artistic Director, Editha Dotson-Bowser. The 80+ member cast is composed of ice skaters from age 4 through adult including our guest skater, Wesley Campbell from Boston. Performances are Friday Dec. 7th at 7:00pm, Saturday Dec. 8th, matinee at 2:00pm and evening show at 7:00pm, and Sunday Dec 9th, matinee at 2:00pm.
