ANGER... Can You Manage Yours?

The Mental Health Center (MHC) has scheduled its monthly Lunch and Learn workshop for Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from noon until 1:00 p.m. This free event will be facilitated by Kenny Tannehill, Licensed Professional Counselor and therapist in the Adult Services Division of the MHC. In recognition of Valentine's Day, Kenny will speak on the subject of anger management and stress how anger management issues affect our relationships. If anger management is a subject of concern in your life, join us as Kenny offers information and practical help. This event will be held in the Community Room/ Suite E of the Mental Health Center at 4040 Memorial Parkway SW. Sack lunches are welcome. Drinks will be provided.
