This event, designed to be for the aged and those who are helping and supporting aging parents, seeks to educate participants and provide local resource information for navigating the many decisions to be made concerning elder care. Featuring a main informational session, two break-out sessions and a resource and vendor display and information area, this event will cover topics such as General Legal and Financial Matters,, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Wills/Advanced Directives, Medicare Parts B and D, Services for Veterans, Fall Prevention, Balance Enhancement, Exercise Programs, General Health and Wellness information, Home Health Agencies, Alzheimer’s Resources, Adult Day Care, and Transportation Resources. This event will begin with registration at 8:30 AM, and the final breakout session will end at Noon. Open to the public, refreshments are provided.
