Description: 

Bob Doherty will speak on “Crime & Punishment in Colonial America.” Doherty is the vice president of the Tennessee Valley Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution and on the board of directors for the Morgan County Genealogical Society, as well as being a member of several hereditary societies. A veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a Russian Language Specialist, Doherty received B.A and M.S. degrees in Economics from the University of Southern Mississippi. He worked 30 years at the Marshall Space Flight Center where his last assignment was Manager of the Program Control Office for the Space Station Project. The Morgan County Archives is located at 624 Bank Street NE, Decatur, AL 35601.
