Amendment XXI will host a workshop titled "Starting Up a Food Business" from 6 to 8 PM, on Tuesday, March 4th.
The Shoals Commercial Culinary Center has been helping entrepreneurs get started with their food-related businesses for over 20 years, coaching new businesses and providing space in a certified kitchen.
You can learn from Giles McDaniel, Executive Director, and chef Kevin Kilburn about the regulations for production and packaging, marketing ideas, and steps to getting your business off the ground. More information about the Shoals Culinary Center is available at www.shoalsec.com.
Amendment XXI is located at 123 Northside Square in Huntsville. Parking is on the street or at the corner of Clinton Avenue and Jefferson Street. The workshop's to be in the second floor meeting space. The doors are to open at 5:30 PM.
