Morning Blend
About the Program:
Morning Blend is an interesting mix of music and storytelling, interviews and information. You can expect mostly familiar classical selections, but don’t be surprised to hear some jazz, folk, world music, or show tunes.
Ginny Kennedy hosts the Morning Blend program on Mondays and Wednesdays. Judy Watters is your host on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
The Sundial Writer’s Corner at 9:30 features local authors reading their own works. On occasion local and visiting artists drop by the WLRH studios to discuss upcoming community events and celebrations. At the top of the hour just after an NPR news brief, you can catch up on the latest from the world of science with "Stardate," and "Earth and Sky."
And on Fridays, you take control! Make sure you put in your Friday requests!
