Tennessee Valley events for the weekend of Oct. 18, 2013

The Blast events for the weekend of Oct. 18, 2013

FRI Concerts on the Docks at Lowe Mill feat. blues from Brotha Ric and the Chicken Bone Reunion. Open to the public. Small parking fee. 6-9pm.
FRI Madison Ghost Walk begins at Bandito Burrito on Main Street. Admission fee. 6pm. 
FRI (local music) The Casket Kids, The Dirty Scavangers, Some Kind Of Nightmare at Copper Top in Huntsville.
SAT International Heritage Festival at Burritt on the Mountain. Activities 10am-4pm. No admission for children 2 and younger.
SAT Happy Trail Therapeutic Horsemanship hosts its annual Horse Fair at the Alabama A&M Agribition Center on Moores Mill Rd. in Huntsville. 8:30am-5pm. Open to the public.
SAT Astronomy Day hosted by the von Braun Astronomical Society at Monte Sano State Park. Indoor activites. Sky viewing, weather permitting. 1pm-10pm
SAT Pumpkin Carving Workshop and Contest at Sci Quest Hands On Science Center. 8am-3pm.
SAT International Archaeology Day at Lowe Mill. 1-4pm.
SAT (local music) Ugly Houses, Raw Sugar, Parasites Diet @ Copper Top in Huntsville.
SAT (local music) Liberty In Embers, Lysteria, We Dwell Within, Wolf Among Sheep at 11th Frame Bar in Madison.
SAT 'Phobiology' by James Clemens Theatre at Lowe Mill7-9pm.
SAT Rocket City Short Film Festival at Flying Monkey Arts. 7-11pm.
