Have you ever considered canning your own food? With the increase in home vegetable gardens, what to do with all that wonderful produce has spurred an interest in home canning. If you are curious about the proper steps to take, then now is your chance to learn all about the joy of preserving your summer/fall harvest in this course offered by Emily Campbell, Regional Extension Agent in charge of Food Safety, Preparation and Preservation.
