The North Alabama Essential Tremor Support Group of the International Essential Tremor Foundation will hold its December meeting at 2 pm, December 1, at the Madison Wellness Center. The topic for discussion is dealing with the stress of the holidays--what it does to those of us who have ET and what coping strategies are effective. Whether trying to get a turkey on the table or wrapping a package, with tremor things can be challenging. Meetings are open to anyone who has ET, caregivers, educators, medical personnel, and others interested in learning about this condition.
