Aligning with the namesake of this show, Sims has created an experimental show "Comedy Test Kitchen" that celebrates underground, unconventional styles of comedy at Shenanigans Comedy Theatre. It premieres February 4, 2023 and is a safe space for people who want to try comedic acts that don't fit the mold of improv or stand-up. We hear about his passion for the obscure, how he developed the idea for the "Kitchen" and more!
