A shoutout on YouTube to engineers with 3D printers in the Tennessee Valley sparked a massive effort, where hundreds of volunteers cranked up production on thousands of face shields to donate to our treasured medical workers in North Alabama. Producer Katy Ganaway talks with Whitney Schmitt with Dynetics, a local business whose employees are sacrificing time, energy and money in the fight. We also talk with the person who sent out the call, engineer and creator of the YouTube channel 'Smarter Every Day,' Destin Sandlin.
