Make a Grant from Your Donor Advised Fund
Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) are a tax-efficient way to manage charitable donations.
Donor-Advised Funds allow donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants from the fund over time.
As a tax-exempt organization, WLRH is eligible to accept grants from Donor Advised Funds.
To initiate this grant, the DAF holder simply contacts his or her fund-holding financial institution, expresses the desire to make a DAF grant, and provides the legal name, address, and federal tax ID number of the intended recipient.
To make a grant to WLRH from your DAF, you'll need the following information:
