Composer Eugenie Rocherolle to Premiere New Work at UAH

To commemorate its 20th anniversary, the Huntsville Music Teachers Association has commissioned a new work by renowned composer Eugenie Rocherolle. Celebration Suite, inspired by Huntsville's history will have its premiere at a concert this Saturday along with many other of Ms. Rocherolle's compositions. Diana Pettit, president of the Huntsville Music Teachers Association and Ms. Rocherolle spoke with Ginny Kennedy about this exciting event and the composer shared stories of her upbringing and hopes for her musical works. The sold out concert is this Saturday at Roberts Recital Hall on the UAH campus.
