The Huntsville Master Chorale is celebrating Earth Day with “Let The Earth Sing” -- two concerts featuring music representing the sounds of nature. It will also premiere the winning collaboration of their Poetry and Composition Contests. Artistic Director Dr. Patricia Hacker spoke with Ginny Kennedy about the concerts and played works on the program by composers Anders Enderoth, Katerina Gimon, and Erik Ešenvalds. She also invited singers to join the 4th Annual Huntsville Choral Festival coming up in May. Friday’s concert is at 7:00 pm at First Christian Church of Huntsville, 2309 Whitesburg Dr. Sunday’s concert is at 3:00 pm at Monte Sano United Methodist Church, 601 Monte Sano Blvd SE.
