Foster Children’s Alliance (FOCAL) is an all volunteer organization that is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children in foster care in Madison County. We will sponsor “Bourbon in the Barn – A Night of Fostering Hope” on Friday, September 5th from 5:30pm to 10:30pm at Casey Acres Barn. The public is invited to attend.
