The Community Engagement Forum is educational outreach to support caregivers, promote brain health, and improve outcomes for elders with Alzheimer’s and related dementia. This is a FREE event for all ages and audiences that includes screening of the documentary film My Mama Joe, Hope & Help, panel discussion with area health experts, and a mini resource fair….refreshments are provided.
