Parkinson's DYNAMICS featuring Rock Steady Boxing "Rocket City" is hosting our Inaugural Parkinson's DYNAMICS Fall Golf Scramble to be held on October 9, 2023, at the Robert Trent Jones, Hampton Cove, Highlands Course. Enjoy a round of golf and support your friends and neighbors living with Parkinson's Disease.

Who are we? Parkinson’s DYNAMICS consists of:
• Rock Steady Boxing Rocket City– a non-contact high energy form of physical exercise.
• Loud Crowd – a speech, swallowing, and voice projection exercise.
• Urban Poling – a high intensity walking program using snow ski poles to balance.
• Power Moves – a low impact stretching and movement exercise.
• Parkinson’s DYNAMICS also works closely with the Huntsville Hospital Health System Parkinson’s Clinic regarding all aspects of Parkinson’s Disease and by hosting Medical Students, Interns, and Residents, from the UAB School of Medicine at Rock Steady Boxing Rocket City, in order for them to better understand and appreciate the effects of Parkinson's Disease first hand.
