We'll mosey into her dough-jo, and get a soundful lesson on how to make a simple sourdough starter. Listen out for all sorts of baking-type ASMR, from slurry sloshes to noisy mixers. We'll also get to know Heidi and her sweet business a bit, and how she uses a scientific approach in baking her delectable creations.
