Arts Underground welcomes special guest Shedrick Pelt- a professional photojournalist from Huntsville and creator of the upcoming 'Hear to Be Seen' event.
Shedrick shares how working with the Huntsville Madison County Public Library, the Huntsville Music Office, and The Orion Amphitheater last year fostered a recurring event that spotlights local photographers, whose subjects are primarily local musicians. We also hear how this event was built to inspire commonality among the gallery's viewers and artists, as well as a few amazing stories from Shedrick's experience behind the lens.
'Hear to Be Seen' happens Thursday, August 21. Host Katy Ganaway will be moderating a panel discussion with featured photographers: Bud Gambrell, Xavier Adams, Dennis Keim, Shedrick Pelt. A live music performance by Emma Klein and Amber Cavanaugh will follow.
